Our Vision
Partnership for Prevention
The Milan Prevention Coalition seeks to prevent and eradicate the unlawful use of drugs and alcohol within our community. We encourage all through education in right decision making, believing that abstinence enables a better tomorrow.
We promote a loving, caring atmosphere for all as we strive to make Milan the best “small town” in the nation. We foster those who are committed to their families, values, employment, country and God. We will encourage those who are weak and cheer for those who are strong in the battle of addiction.
Our Coalition Goals
Educate about Drug and Alcohol Abuse
We are here to educate the public about under age tobacco and alcohol abuse and the use, misuse and overdose of prescription drugs.
Provide Prevention Methods and Tools
We provide prevention education on the best methods for staying drug-free while also providing options for tools to keep drugs out of reach.
Share Resources on Drug Abuse and Mental Health
We include resources for drug and alcohol abuse prevention as well as resources on mental health and recovery.
